Let me start it by saying that blogging is now a real profession. It is no more something that people do for hobby, or to make some extra pocket money, help out people or write up their minds out. It now is something people are making

money out of. And real money, in a very good weight either.

So for this blog, I couldn’t get any other idea in my mind other than beginning it with advises upon how to start a new blog and make money out of it.


So in this article, I’ll try to sum up almost everything that I think you need to have or purchase in order to create a money making blog. I’ll also try to bust some myths and explain some of the topics that confuse new bloggers too much and aren’t often clearly described by fellow bloggers.

Blogging platforms are basically web portals or CMS which help you in writing without being a tech expert or coder. These platforms ensure that to be a blogger, you do not need to be a developer. In fact, blogging never has that much to do with web development.

These blogging platform have a pre-defined and well structured posting system which help you in writing articles, arranging them using taxonomies, dates and formats, and keep track of analytic related to your blog.

So basically, blogging platforms make blogging as easier and typing a joke in wordpad. That’s it. Or writing a facebook post, or tweeting the way you just pooped. That’s all! Until you want to get into the big race. For that, well, we’ll see that too.

Basically, as much as I’ve noticed, people blog mostly about how to blog and why to blog, and so doesn’t matter which niche you choose, there are some answers you get only on either Shoutmeloud, Hongkiat or on other big tech blogs like these. And so this niche is one of the most popular and money making blogging niches on Internet.

If you are a new blogger, I’ll definitely ask you to be a reader of these blogs rather than being a writer for the same.

Before choosing the niche for your blog, find out these three things about yourself :

• Why are you going to start blog?
• What are you passionate about?
• What do you love reading the most about?

These three answers shall help you in finding out what niche is best for you and doesn’t matter what you get the result as, let it be the niche of your blog – Movies? Card Tricks? Videos? Anything at all. Just let that be the niche of your blog and get a domain name suitable for that.
